    I have two small radial cracks on the sealing surface of the oil drain hole. The surface is not very even as well. Looks like its worn away alittle on one side. Of course I have a leak from here. Any ideas on how to fix?

    i have a striped thread on my oil drain bolt insert, i searched the forum and it looks like the choice's are heli coil, time sert, or bore and tap, i would like to bore it out and re tap it, but that means i need a new drain bolt at a bigger size, where would i go about getting one of these?

    the threads on my oil drain plug are toast. I bought an OEM oil drain plug and it was way too small. Hence I've concluded the previous owner had someone drill a larger hole and re-do the threads. What is the best method to find out the size oil drain plug I now need?
