Hello all,
After a closer inspection on my bike after my dear (and slightly blind it would appear) mother reversed into my bike, I have a slightly buckled front wheel and somehow she shafted the discs as well.
Anyone know if the wheel and discs are the same as other suzuki's? SRAD for example...
Dimensions at hand for front & rear rotors anyone?
Rotor Thickness: ? mm :confused
Bolt Center: ? mm :confused
Bolt Diameter: ? mm :confused
Thanks in advance :hail
TL front discs, is it ok to use race discs on the road :confused wots the difference between using them or road disc"s ?- is it feel + life expectency ? and mr M.O.T MAN :)
Does anyone know off hand what size the disc bolts are front and rear also the rear sprocket nuts.
I want to change mine to anodised gold ones, but I'm having trouble finding the sizes.
Does anyone know where I can get them from.
Cheers
Oh, I tried the search but it didn't reveal any bolt sizes.
Tried the searches and did find that the Hayabusa rear disc doesn't directly swap for the TLS. (it's larger in Diameter but the fitting holes match I think)
Question is
Can it fit on the TLS if I replace my rear brake caliper.
If yes,
which brake caliper and do I need any modifications.
Happy...
I have one set of 5 Titanium Brake Disc Bolts. Bolts are 100% Ti and are natural Ti colored. Set of bolts to do 1 (one) front disc. I ordered these some time ago by mistake instead of ordering a rear set. I'll check to see if I still have the the anti-seize compound, but it's been a few years...
I have used the search button and read through loads of old threads, but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. :O
Q. Is there a straight swap for the rear brake disc on a TLS.
I want to match a rear to my Blackshadow UK "blades" on the front.
I emailed the company and they said...
greetings one and all. I have just make a nice little cheap improvement to my rear brake disc! I bought a GSXR1000 Rear disc and got the rotary tool on the black paint to leave a nice 'aftermaket' looking disc that fits the TL nicely, saves 192g from standard, and only cost £6 ($10) on ebay!
