    No I don't mean Pissed and Broke, but a broken Piston :laugh Unusual failure, no signs of valve contact and a hell of a large piece of alloy to eject with only a minor bent exhaust valve :dowhat
  2. I broke my SS line

    Ive got Galfer SS line. i went to move the line and it snapped were it connects to the loop. can i by a part and repair or do i have to buy an whole new rear SS line.

    ok i did not realy brake his bike, it just broke in my hands was just riding on the SV AR09 and the left foothanger sheared off and the exhaust nearly fell off which could have been bad as i had about 60 bikes behind me. currently its being held on with zip ties grrr, all breaks in my hands...

    As my S has been laid up awhile after my off I decided to do the airbox mod, after completing it and reassembling I had a short ride up the road (bike still needs parts before returning to the road properly) and all seemed good. I then became a bit concerned that as it could now breathe better...

  6. Broke my bolts off in Clutch Cover Case

    I was tightening the bolts on my clutch cover with the engine warm... AND you guessed it, I broke two of them off.... I know, DUMBASS!!! Well, I wasn't thinking... "Oh aluminum bolts, they won't break" Yes they will.... I got one of them out, but one of the long bolts broke off, my bolt...

    k so im riding up the road and did a small power wheelie in sec (had to test out the flapper mod) and after coming down the chain broke at about 3k rpms after pushing the bike 2 miles back to my house got it apart and found it did not crack the case :hail and damage was not extensive it took...
