bouncing

just got back from work but on my way home noticed the rev needle bouncing looked at the screen and check was showing tried to get it in dealer mode but no joy anyone know whats up

the front end of my tlr seems to be bouncing at speeds under 50mph... i just got new tires put on and havent ridin the bike previous to the tires...the wheels were just balanced so i think im gonnas rule thoes out, could i have put something on wrong? i torqued the front axle to 75ft lbs per...
