By the chin strap, then replace your seat or hump and it's theoretically safe and secured from thieves unless they cut your straps.  |

Just put the D ring on the clip and the open part of your helmet toward the bike.

Thats kind of funny, I never realized what those things were for either.
Maybe Suzuki should have put some kind of sticker near them of what they are and how to use them |
