Learned a lesson today
Been working on the bike; I have it apart, still have to check the TPS and sync the throttle body. I painted the brake calipers, installed my new Speedking chain and sprocket set.  I was finishing up for the day and got the urge to start it up (I haven't heard the thumpity-thump since last fall) So I hit the start button while standing on the right side of the bike, (she fires right up) as I walk around to the other side I see oil shooting out the side like a lacerated carotid artery! I shut the motor off and realized that oil will shoot out of the hole for the clutch push rod if you don't have the push rod and cover in place.  Who knew? Well this is the second time I've made a mess of the driveway.  Gonna have to go out and buy another bag of speedy dry (running low).
