Previous owner never changed Brake/Clutch Fluid
It was easy enough to flush/change/bleed the front and rear brakes, and the clutch fluid by myself with a hose, tub, and a wrench in about half an hour.

This seems to be the one thing he neglected. Pair system was already removed, fresh engine oil/coolant, and he'd even rewired the charging system with heavier gauge wire.

That's some nasty stuff.

that is nasty, but actually looks good for not being changed - often just 2-3 years is enough to do that
