thought so, i recognize the taillight. quite different from the 600 i had. i like the 600 tail better honestly.... but i would have loved to put a 750 engine in it or the 1100 kat they had.. i think it was a 1100.. that was a project in teh works, a bigger engine swap but i ended up driving to denver for the tiller i got.

Yay old Kat pic post time?!

I some how broke a piston ring in this one.. it got the 813cc Wisco high comp piston treatment... i should have saved the cash and bought a new one.. Money was tight and i needed to ride.. Brother owned a 1200 bandit and still does, the engine looked like it would have almost been an easy swap right into the frame... never measured to see though... gsx1200F huh? Kept the ol girl as i had regrown a good bit of skin while with her and almost thought i was faster on the Kat than the TL... sounds can be deceiving..
Sold her soon after this pick for what i paid for her 10K miles later...

but but but i thought thats how so called street fighters are supposed to look *please note heavy sarcasm"

Can ya tell i don't get the so called street fighter look.

Don't feel to bad at least it's still sort of on its wheels

Back in 95 I sold a 25th anniversary edition 92 Camaro RS. Two days later i get a call from police (used to own a towing company before I started trucking business) to come to accident scene to do a recovery. Guy I sold it to loaned it to his daughters boyfriend and he promptly rolled it over on the interstate and slid down an embankment on it's roof.

Sure am glad that check had cleared the bank

well i had a pic of its condition. the guy is actually doing a good job fixing it back up. i found him a parts kat for $100 so score there. if i can find the pics i'll post it.

as for the comment ninedv, i feel like i could rip on the kat faster than the tl.... the tl just is faster and more powerful so i have to hit corners ahelluva lot more cautious....
