Had a good ride yesterday with around 24 people showing up. Will let you know next time we get together or you can sign up as a member of www.pnwriders.com yourself and look for group rides there. Seems like a pretty good community with only a handful of squids.

Scroll down here for pictures of the ride.

Oh you'll find many more there as you watch. But theres some riders who aren't afraid of leaving the city limits.

that's an interesting paint scheme. Did you sell that bike. I's say we should roll'em out together, but that looks like it was just a track bike...
Yea, i parted it out last year. All i have left is clear clutch cover and the carbon tail sitting in my garage. It was street legal, i had a single headlight, brake light and mirrors Now im riding a Buell xb until i decide my next super twin.

How do you like the XB? I was dead set on getting one and then when I sat on it I felt really cramped. I'm 6'1". Love how the look though. Seems like with that short wheelbase that they would really like to look at the sky?

Well ive had the XBS for couple weeks, put on 600 miles so far in 3 rides.
Its the weirdest feeling sitting up, like being on dirt bike.
I haven't ridden a bike without extreme lean in 18+ years.
Coming from racing TLR`s in WMRRA, to just riding them for past 7 years its starting to feel ok. I did get some after market handlebars that'll put me closer to Firebolt, i just need to put them on. Sound and Torque with racing pipe and open airbox is good in the city. The only thing over the TL so far is the feel of weight. It doesn't feel like a pig, doesn't handle like a pig, it turns fast.
Let me know if you want them, they are sitting in my garage. They didn't sell when i parted the bike and never posted them back up. I even have a quart of house of kolors clear to throw in with the tail if you wanted to sand and clear for carbon look.
Oh and dont forget to post up in the new riders section of PNW with pics of bike.

Re: Jillian's...I'm debating. I'd rather go for a ride than stand around looking at R6's and Gixxers all night. We'll see.

As far as squids go on pnw, I'm very apprehensive about group rides with people I don't know and usually try to sweep so I can stay out of their eye line.

Draagro, we can try and link up for a cruise here shortly. All other local TLRs welcome of course. Maybe this weekend depending on the weather?

Hey guys just saw this Seattle Area thread. I live in Shoreline myself. Hey there's going to be a nice long, decent sized, group ride on Saturday the 31st. It's going to be the hwy 101 loop. You guys that frequent pnwriders.com may already know about it. Would like to get some more TL's to turn out. Can anyone make it. If you sign up with pnwriders you'll find it under the westside section of the site. Or you can pm me and I'll get you the information.

Hey Vtwin,

definitely interested in the tail and the clutch cover. Probably the clear coat too!. PM me with how much you want and I'll see what we can do.

E56 (and everyone else),

I'm going to at least stop by Jillians around 7 on Friday. Mostly just to see get out on a nice evening. supposed to be great weather and hopefully meet some other like minded riders. Would love to see some guys from the Zone. Everyone on hear seems to be the most level headed of any of the forums I've been in. Let me knwo if any of you are planning on going.
