New Track

Ok, from my understanding it's in discussion phase but... Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is generating relatively good buzz about installing a sportbike track on base. They just finished a beta test program involving Keith Code's superbike school with positive results. We have a huge problem with young Marines getting killed on sport bikes so the Corps is looking at installing this track with instructional personnel to hopefully keep the racing off the streets. I asked some questions today but it is still up at the big brass level so not very much info is available besides they are talking about it. I am hoping this happens so bad!! I'll keep you guys in the loop as best I can. It's a good alternative to Willow springs. It'll be cooler (temp) and most likely cheaper!
