Firday the 13th at Motorsport Ranch
I went to the track last Friday, I got two sessions in, and still had time to get home and unload before it rained. For those of you that don't have access to a track 7.1 miles from your house, I am sorry. But tomorrow and Friday I will spend time on the track. Diana and I will be there tomorrow, the Squid Squad will be there Friday. Should be a hoot.
I also have a Motocomm DSR-100 helmet camera. The fella that owns the company talked with me and sent a wiring diagram to let me wire up my old Helmet Cam to the DSR-100 DVR. It is much brighter than before. I recorded one session of the 3.1 mile track on Friday and then cut it down to 10 minutes or so. The original is 30 minutes, but that was 160 MB or so. This one is 45 MB or so. Enjoy. Here is the link
Woo Hoo!

That setup works great Doug I was hoping to hear the wail of a GSRX750. It looked pretty lonely out there.
You live 7.1 miles from the track or 2.3 laps away?

The difference between "guts" and "balls"...
GUTS is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being confronted by your wife with a broom and having the "guts" to ask, "Are you still cleaning, or are you flying somewhere?"
BALLS, on the other hand, is coming home late after a night out with the guys, smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the ass and saying, "Your next!!"

A Kourier has to establish space on the pavement. Predictable law-abiding behaviour lulls drivers. They mentally assign you to a little box in the lane, assume you will stay there, can't handle it when you leave that little box.
Y.T. is not fond of boxes. Y.T. establishes her space on the pavement by zagging mightily from lane to lane, establishing a precedent of scary randomness. Keeps people on their toes, makes them react to her, instead of the other way round.
