This shit is funny. I have a 1980 KZ1000 I am in the process of building. These bikes were fast for the day but not top speed fast.

its funny how many people talk right out their asses anymore...i had a freind that said his 99 cbr f4 could take my TL hands down...well when i ran him and he eventually caught up to me he claimed he must have gotten some bad gas and wants a rematch after he cleans out his carbs |

Ya Jimmy, I rode a Z900 once and remember that "sublime" handling. Kind of like riding a hotted up wet noodle. Real quick in the straights and a real POS in the corners.
