I just switched mine to a AFAM front and rear 520 last week and didnt run into anything about using a spacer. The chain alignment is fine and everything seems kosher. Dont know what to tell ya

sprocket

i haven't yet installed the sprockets...but i just checked the tucker rocky catalog which the part number for an AFAM front sprocket has a asterisk which states: use w/6mm washer....so i'm wondering if they are refering to the stock washer behind the sprocket which could possibly be 6mm....anybody have a clue

The stock on my TLS has the rubber mat, but this is not a spacer, like Cyclecamper said, its a noise damper. Mine does not have a shoulder though, it's flat on both sides, same as my JT replacement, without the mat.
