TL Handlebars/Clipons Q/A
i have looked around in the forum for this and i can see its one of the questions that many ask for.
I would like if you all will help with making this. And when were finished, maybe we can get it moved to "Frequent TL mods"
Plz answer the following questions and if you have pic. then post them also.
1. Name/Type of handlebars/clip ons (ex. woodcraft, Helibars...)
2. Amount on height possible. (ex. 1" - 1,5"...)
3. Changes need to make to get it to fit. (ex. reroute wires, cut down faring,....)
4. Price. (if its possible)

TLS...
1. Renthal bars (silver)
2. About 6-7'' higher from the standard bars
3. Bar riser/clamps attached to top yoke - drilled through and bolted
4. @£120 with bars / risers
Only good if you want a streetfighter

I just love the bike but, hate the very low steering. Im 6,4 feet and want the bike to fit me, instead of selling and getting a bike i do not like.

I am 6'8'' and turning the TLS into a streetfighter is the best option. Makes the bike very comfortable. Only down side is that you end up traveling around on the rear wheel most of the time...
The TLS is easier to streetfighter and therefore better for the larger gentleman in my humble opinion
Attached is a photo of the bike so far...

Woodcraft 2" risers with a 5 degree down angle, $180, not sure about modifications for the full 2" lift.
I'm running them low right now (stock height), until I install my new radial mc with remote reservoir. At least you can adjust them up and down the fork tubes to suit your application.
