sv chin on tls woes

K long story short got an sv1000 chin and bought the brackets from ron ayers, and now nothing is lining up. I joined sv riders forums figured they might help me get it straightend out, thinking I didn't have an oem chin or maybe there was a 1st gen and 2nd gen chins, ect.... but getting no where fast. So maybe you folks might have an answer. Here is the link to the thread I started over there, lots of pics, didn't wan't to have to repost and explain them all. Hope you all don't mind going off site

I have an SV 1000 chin on my TLS and it looks nothing like yours. My upper mounting holes are directly across from each other and the entire chin is one piece.

Got it figured out, the chin fairing I have was a suzuki aftermarket piece, and the mounting kit has been discontinued . So I'll be going to the hardware store for some aluminum strap to make brackets
