I never liked the older gen sv's with the lower, and I'm not too big on Tillis lowers either, but the new sv's are much more angular and the lower seems to blend better with the upper. I like it!!

My old '02 SVS was the last year they looked good. Ever since they redesigned the SV, it's been crying for a complete lower fairing. I, for one, am glad to see it cover what looked like half a bike. With that bottom-half added, I'm even stating to like it better than the < '02s.

Also, seeing those picts makes me think they sould maybe do an SVS and an SVR.

i agree with those two.
though there was one set of lowers/midesection i saw on a UK site that uses the stock bellypan, and it flowed with the frame back farther. it looked more complete than the OEM ones. i'll post a pic when i get home. (saved on my hdd)
but hey...free is free!

I like the full fairing alot more, but the forks just look so weak on the SV1K. I have always liked the look of the inverted forks more so than the standard and after getting used to seeing all the 1K's with inverted its hard to look at them and see it for anything but a faster version of a 650.
