Cagiva Navigator electrically dead

I had the front fairing off the bike and turned the handlebars full lock. Result...

Bike instantly cut out and won't turn on. There are zero electrics. No lights.. nada. Battery checks out fine.

At first I thought I may have pulled apart a connector as there are a few of them around the headstock but I've double checked them all and they seem fine.

PLEASE HELP

Have you checked the kill switch? It'd be just my luck, that'd be turned off.

Could even be broken kill switch wire?

Checked all your fuses?

If it was the kill switch wouldn't I still get some electrics eg neutral light, headlights?

Just realised you've got a Navigator.

Do they have the same dash set up as the TL's?

Sorry, I'm allergic to electrics. Someone with brains, knowledge and common sense needs to respond to this one.

The beast is alive again!

It turns out it WAS the main fuse after all..

I guess at least now I know that the main fuse is not with the other fuses..sigh

You might have a pinched wire going to the front end, while you have it apart, give the harness a good inspection, pay particular attention to the portions that contact the frame at full lock.

Good luck,
