Good going, it's looking great.

Has she done the MSF yet? Does she have to wait for the big guy to be mobile before she takes it out or has she done some miles already?

MSF is scheduled for next month - more a work schedule thing re the timing.
We hope to get out today and do some basic stuff.
The TLS doesn't limit anything - I have the Trumph too so not like I'm claiming the SV until the TL's finished.

Are you going to remove the front indicators as well? makes them look much smoother, i just moved mine into where the park lights are and put a bit of polished alloy in where the indicators where.

Very nice. I was wondering about low clip-ons for a learner bike but you modified that quite nicely. You might try convincing her the suspension will pound her badly and the bike really, really needs upgraded bits... before she rides it

Already has Gixxer fully adjustable rear shock and Gold Valves in the forks (will be replaced by Gixxer USD in the not too distant future)

Big news of the day - Michelle graduated from MSF today!
Only girl in her class - she had no repeats on her assessments, aced them all first time. Quite a few of the guys had repeats on some of the exercises.

She had actually only got behind the bars for first time on Sunday - we did two 90 min sessions in an office parking lot. Right off the bat she did great - no stalls & we progressively increased complexity of the exercise re turns & starts. I have to give a plug here for our InterPhone Bluetooth communicators - that was a real bonus to be able to talk to her, even when she was actually out of site (this was a very large office complex area but quite quiet on the weekend) Of course meant I had to stand there with my Helmet on while she was riding!
Then just another short session around the quiet streets by our house on Wed before class on Thursday. (She had the 'book' session on Monday evening)
One more short session around streets by home again last night before class this morning (Friday).

She actually feels better on her own bike that the little 125 they had in class sessions!
Great thing about MSF is CA has riding test waiver for MSF certificate. So she just needs to do the 'written' (computer) test for full M1 endorsement.

P.S. Regarding her SV - just received the 07 GSXR front end - that will be going on as soon as the wheel shows up next week! It'll be good to have some decent brakes on the bike - The OEM are horrendous!!!!
