BMW S1000RR Stunting: Warning The Video You Are About to See Might Offend You

When BMW set out to make the S1000RR superbike, they put the Japanese 4 squarely in there sights. There can be little doubt that zie Germans succeed in making a bike that can compete with the liter bike incumbents. While we’re not sure if the S1000RR is completely up to the hype with its alleged 183hp dyno figures, one thing is for certain: The BMW S1000RR has plenty of power on tap.
While we hear at A&R prefer to think of that power going towards canyon carving adventures or helping us become Sunday morning track day heroes, for some that power is better suited for lofting a front (or rear) wheel, and practicing cursive calligraphy on a tarmac surface. What we believe to be the first BMW S1000RR stunting video can be found after the jump.

besides the thing that a new and expensive bike is kinda abused, I liked it.
I have to admit he knows how to wheelie, stoppie and do every other hooliganism on bike but at least he's in full protection and not in public roads..
It was nice to watch

Eh... don't see anything very special or unique about it. The guy has skill but stunting just doesn't impress me.

I was wondering about the bike's stunting ability from the articles I have read. Evidently on full slick mode there's still some anti-wheeie/stoppie action going on. I wonder if he just defeated those systems altogether or if it's bone stock.
The only thing offensive about that video is that it's 3.5 minutes and it has 1.5 minutes of boring ass intro and .5 minutes of crap at the end. Thanks to the video producer for wasting my time with your ego trip sections. It's not a 3 hour movie, it's freaking youtube, you don't need intro and credits.

A Kourier has to establish space on the pavement. Predictable law-abiding behaviour lulls drivers. They mentally assign you to a little box in the lane, assume you will stay there, can't handle it when you leave that little box.
Y.T. is not fond of boxes. Y.T. establishes her space on the pavement by zagging mightily from lane to lane, establishing a precedent of scary randomness. Keeps people on their toes, makes them react to her, instead of the other way round.
