Question - if using Hayabusa rear wheel, I see comments about the rotor & the spacer; if you have a bare Hayabusa wheel, will the cush-drive & sprocket from the the TL fit the Busa wheel?
i.e. you could take the rotor, cush/sprocket & spacers from the TL et voila, you're done?

All you need to do is find a set of wheels and measure them,if close you can mod to suit.
Axle sizes
Rotor spacing
Rear brake rotor and sprocket offset.
TL1000S with GSXR1000 forks and Ducati Marchesini wheel.
Any swap is just number crunching.

I have K3 Oz GSXR 600 wheels (5.5 rear rim) for my TL1000R race wets. The rear, with the addition of the K3 sprocket carrier and spacers fits straight in. The front needed two spacers turning up (3 or 4mm thick or so) - The disc alignment was perfect with no mods.

25mm front axle
134mm front rotor centres
32mm rear axle
Not sure on rear offsets, the Hayabusa uses a different dia rear disc and spacer width on the sprocket side, not sure on the GSXR's
