TL DRAGSTER NEEDS LOWERING LINKS
I have a 99TL that I'm building into a drag bike. I know how to lower the front but I'm having trouble lowering the back . Where can I get lowering links or do I need lowering links . I used to drag race a kawasaki, but I lost interest.

You can remove the washer above the spring unit clevice but it may not be enough. What about a strut and 2 heim joints to replace the spring unit and remove the rotary damper. You could PM Johnny boy,he may have lowered his. There is also Lordwob and Loustyles
Quarter mile times and speeds

Do a search. Someone just posted, yesterday I think, that they were just finishing up a lowering setup for the TLR and would be having some made shortly.
WAIT! In a rare moment of "can't we all just get along" I found it for you. Click here.

That's a nice setup ballsie. I like it alot. I'd like to see how you did the lowering, maybe another winter project. How is the ride now? Tight and throws you around more?
