I've only got the 2 columns for the cylinder trims in my PC software, when connected to the PCIIIusb ... perhaps you got a later version of the PC?

Hmzz that's strange that would mean that we can't tell if a PCIIIUSB is faulty or not .. from the customer point of view

I just got an email back from the mob (wont mention names) i bought it from in the U.S. after explaining the problem to them.. I had this reply..
"This is an issue with the PC configuration that unfortunately must be sent to Dynojet to repair. You will need to send it back to us and we will sent it to them and turn it around ASAP."
This must be a new issue with the latest PC.. as I would have thought they would be aware of the problem and/or I would have heard about it far more often in the forums It's just a bummer that it has to make a return trip to the U.S. and Dynojet looks like its poorly represented in Australia.

Well it's running good, I never use the trim and I don't want to yank it off the bike I'll live with it, I think ...

I'm still unsure why that when you first installed the PCIII, the bike ran fine and it was only when you changed the firmware that it got all messed up. I'm not doubting you and trust you tried everything to return it to the original format.. it just dose not make sense that if you can go one way with the firmware why it cant go back the other way? Oh well... I'm posting it back to the U.S. today.
Thanks for your help Yakko
