The safety switches (clutch, side stand, TOS etc) might be a good start. It would be most helpful if you said what you meant by won't start - what exactly happens when you try to start it?

im sorry i shouldve known. its a crank no start. i got fuel but no spark. all connections are made to the coils. everything worked fine 3 days ago so i know its not a computer or anything like that. the only thing i see missing is two connector on either side of the engine. its a female two blade connecter with an orange/yellow wire and black/red wire. ??

Go to the 'file vault' at the top of the page and download the manual, it has the wiring diagram in it with wire colours.

Put it into dealer mode and read off any codes (if i's C00, try cranking it for 6 seconds or so in dealer mode to see if it throws a crank or cam sensor fault).

Dealer mode >> http://wotid.com/tls/content/view/54/60/

(Under the tank hinge)

C22 is the atmospheric pressure sensor, on the TLR, that is mounted under the headlight.

Just a random suggestion but you might try connecting everything and then trying to start it.
