Steve, I haven't checked out the next track day yet, but if you could delay by sending up the east coast and/or NZ before getting them to me, I'll work out a date for a track day at either Mallala or Mac Park.
I'll check out a track day time now on the Cafe Racers website. 
EDIT:
I think (yet to confirm) the dates below have practice days/ride days (if not, I'll sign up for the race and drag 'em that way):
30 September (McNamara Park a.k.a. Mac Park)
4 November (Mallala) - even better, I'm better on this track.
