trouble
i just rebuilt my tranny and motor, everything is back together and when i went to turn it on it just will not fire up  ?? anything i need to look at specifically, any help is greatly appreciated

are you sure you connected all the connectors, wires, sensors etc?
Given the number of connectors it is not unusual to forget one or more disconnecyed.
Did you check if you get any error codes at the clocks. This would help

Need to be more specific
Does the motor turn over, does the fuel pump whine when you first turn on the ignition, fault codes on the dash, does it splutter but not start etc
If it's the last one then your cam timing (rear cylinder 360 Cam Deg out), pretty common mistake.
