Snapped Allen Bolt

Just been taking my headers off this evening when one of the allen bolts that holds the exhaust on has sheared off leavung very little showing outside of the cylinder head, whats the best way to get these out so i can put a new bolt in and re attach my exhausts?

busted bolts SUCK

ARRGH!! Snapped exhaust bolt

Are these enough? WIth a little help you can find more and more abou the same thing....

ahh the infamous exhaust bolt. if it's the front cyl you can drill and use an easy out. If you have a welder you can weld a nut on the part that's sticking out of the head. you could also drill it out and put a heli coil. rear cyl, good luck. there's not much room in there to work. you can also search the site for broken exhaust stud. I think almost everybody has had this problem. I was lucky I had to take my cyl off in the first place so I was able to drill mine on the bench. good luck...
