No, it's not just one bike having these issues.
Wolfgang has a bike shop and has an excellent reputation as TL specialist. He does also many TL engine overhauls a year. He posted the warning because of the experience on many customer bikes.
If this is a Germany specific thing, it might be related to long full throttle rides (they still have highways without speed limit).
Greetings
Rufer

Ya, nothing puts that kind of strain on a motor like those long high-speed runs!

So much for that theory then
It is very odd that its just the front that breaks isn't it?

I'm sure I've seen one or two broken bucket threads on here over the years. I couldn't tell you which bucket was failing though.

When I got my first replacement engine, I checked clearences. On the front cyl, when the tappet went down, it wasn´t pressed straight down. Then on the way up, it "popped" back in the right position again. With a real loud popp.
That engine went back for a different reason, but the next engine made the same noise.
Anyone else with this experience?
OT, I know.

One of the pictures shows the cam sprocket sheared off and it looks burnt like the bearing seized, maybe causing the cam to stop rotating and the piston punching the valve stem right up through the bucket?

According to the German text, the cam gear sheared off after the bucket failed and blocked the camshaft This incident was on track at almost full rpm.
Greetings

Thats normal, it's the exhaust cam decompressor, it stops once the engine turns over fast enough to fling the bob weight out.
