shifting ?

I've been noticing that shifting from 1st to 2nd and to 3rd my trans feels as though its hanging up before going into the next gear. Kinda like the synchros of a cars tranny when they are out. I don't have the problem down-shifting I notice it only on the up-shift.
I have also noticed if I pull the clutch in prior to rolling-off then it seems to hang to up more frequently (normal street and freeway driving) but if I roll-off slightly prior to pulling in the clutch level then it shifts smoothly. I've been to the track and don't recall having this problem but then again I am rarely in 2nd when at the track.

I replaced my clutch plates and springs a while back which remedied my clutch lever feel (the point at which it engaged and disengaged as well as hanging up).

Has anyone else experienced something like this, is it me picking up bad habits or something inside my trans or maybe something else with my clutch.

You input is greatly appreciated.

Bleed the clutch, make sure your slave cylinder is operating properly, then check the tabs on the clutch plates... and basket... maybe there buggerd a bit and not allowing the clutch pack to seperate like they should.
