Angry HELP engine knocking after rebuild

I just completly rebuilt a 97 TLS from the ground up. Everthing went smooth except i have an engine knocking noise from the rear cylinder. I used new pistons and rings all new gaskets and everthing went together nice and tight. Any thoughts? Can this be from the throttle bodies being out of sync? ECU? I just don't want to tear the whole motor apart again. I did use a bottom end from a tlr but it hooked up just fine i don't think this was an issue.

Timing issue?

Did you rotate the engine 360 to time the rear cams? Have any trouble with the manual directions on cam timing?

I had a shop/friend do all the timing and head work and he said it was all timed perfect. I am bringing he bike to him this weekend so he can recheck evreything. I hope it is just something minor and not a connecting rod or such.

My first thought too Sam. That or the Suzuki method of multi rod bearing sizes got you a bit flummoxed.
