No Fuel spitting from injectors

Has anyone ever had a problem with this? The fuel pump is primed and you can hear the buzz sound but bike wont start. I twist the throttle and check out the throttle boddies and no fuel is spitting out the injectors...

To see fuel you would have to be thumbing the starter button.
The ECU will not do anything unless the engine is rotating to get sensor activation.

If you are cranking the engine, you could check the fuel rail pressure via the fitting in the hose end with a gauge (L/H side on the TLR i think)

If everything was ok before it might not be mechanical but a sensor overide or wire off somewhere.

The TOS affects fuel delivery and the pump can still run.

Or crank it for a good 6 seconds or more and check for an error code.

If the crank or cam sensors are playing up, the fault isn't registered until the ECU gets the start signal and realieses they're missing. It takes a bit for those faults to register.

Also the if the ECU isn't getting the start signal when you press the button it wont be expecting to need the fuel pump again and wont turn it on, but if you push start it, the engine will turn over fast enough for the ECU to realise it's running and needs the fuel pump. A simple check for that is to listen for the pump coming back on when you hit the button.

Also like Doug said, the tip over sensor will allow the pump to prime, but wont allow the engine to run. It takes several seconds for the TOS to register as a fault.

Do you have any error codes coming up?

Fuel in the tank. Error codes are C41 and C 42. I took out the ignition and out a push button in its replacement. That might have something to do with it. Does anyone know will the TLR run on a toggle on off switch insted of a key ignition?

you can't just remove the ignition switch there is a resistor in it that the ecu uses. you have to fudge the replacement to think its still there.

It wont start with a C42 error, and that's because it's missing the correct signal from the ignition switch.
