Hmmmmm... interesting... any relation to the newer tlr motor bottom ends having this trouble

Ok, so who do we talk to about getting some Billet Gears cut... I have seen them available for bikes like the BUSA... I wonder if Kendall Berg knows someone....
Any thoughts if the new gears would help?

I wouldn't think they would be any cheaper than stock gears, it would be better to do a group buy by somebody in the US where they cost peanuts compared to the rest of the world
There's only a 4 or 5 problem gears in the whole box but unfortunately here in the UK you would be looking at approx £400 just for those, never mind another £150 for 3 shift forks
Even with the poor exchange rate us Brits would be looking at nearly half those prices.

hmmm
interesting has when i`m caught up in traffic and the berks close ranks to stop filtering
and the heat builds up my gearbox get abit tight but when up and running again its ok.
i`ll keep and eye on my box for any noises.
