fuel filter

hi, advice needed for a 98 tl1000rw, i have a manual but i have looked and cannot find a reference in the service shedule as to what mileage they recommend to change the fuel filter. i know i can change it anyway, but what do you think as to mileage between replacement in normal service's

There is no regular maintenance schedule for the fuel filter. Difficult to say, it depends a lot on fuel quality etc. I'd change it when it lacks power

Have you looked at the manual for the filter? It's not just a 'replace' fuel filter. I cleaned my tank at 45k miles or so, was ready.
