Corbin POS mounted thanks to Supermoto Junkie
I had to modify my Dzus fastener, wouldn't work upside down. I haven't ridden it yet, but shortly I will take a spin. I snapped the spring portion, welded it back and it works perfectly, stays tight, no more bumper grindage.
Note, I will now send the stocker off to Renazco and get a properly fitted seat, and sell the Corbin, hopefully I won't lose too much.
Here are pics of the install.
Large washer, mine is 1.75, but it works great
Modified Dzus riveted back on.
Corbin craftsmanship at it's best......... :
On the bike
Finally, top view

Well at least you got it on there
I've only heard great things about Renazco (the guy is an adv member too I think, "creeper" perhaps??).
The corbin looks like it would be pretty comfy, but might make it tough to slide up forward on the bike

Looks about the same, should be better for work, but I can't swap back and forth too easily thanks to the POS Corbin fit issues.
I have e-mailed the Renazco fella, they are about to sell a sweet vented gas cap for the Husly so I can dump the "fuse" that dumps to the front. Seems like a very professional outfit, especially after dealing with Corbin. Again

The intake and exhaust valves have the same clearance?
Sorry for off topic response, but couldn't help but notice the sticker

Looks comfy. How hard is it really to just build it right the first time? Sad, I used to think they were a pretty quality company.

A Kourier has to establish space on the pavement. Predictable law-abiding behaviour lulls drivers. They mentally assign you to a little box in the lane, assume you will stay there, can't handle it when you leave that little box.
Y.T. is not fond of boxes. Y.T. establishes her space on the pavement by zagging mightily from lane to lane, establishing a precedent of scary randomness. Keeps people on their toes, makes them react to her, instead of the other way round.

Corbin seat always fit like shit. Owned several, and while they are comfortable, they NEVER fit without a little fabricating.

Well, it is currently "moderately" more comfortable than the stocker, this is a good thing, now I need to find a stock dzus fastener, and order a Renazco and cut my Corbin losses. I was surprised how little I researched this buy, I couldn't find anything on the Husky forums, but after I bought it, I looked just for Corbin stuff, and apparently they have been providing poor support for years. I should have know from their warranty.

Well, at one point (a while ago) Corbin had established a pretty solid reputation. Let's just say there's a reason so many new seat makers have popped up over the past few years...
