When you have the fast/slow idle on do the rpm's bounce around or is it really steady. I just sync'd my tb's about an hour ago. Holy crap what a differece. My rpm's would bounce around a lot, now, even at 1200 it is really really smooth. I would start there.

yes there are, because that smaler diameter tube doesnt plug into that wider vacum hose on the right in the picture... so i am thinkingnow did i pluged it to the correct hose ?

would appreciate any help, because i dont have much experiance in doing such a things but im trying my best to make my TLS run happy and myself as well

Problems i have with my bike:
1.cannot set idle at 1200 (often it drops to 1000 and sometimes it stays at 1200) and rpm is erratic, so i thought TB synch would solve that
2. oil in the airbox
3.from 65mph rear end is like pogo stick ( i guess becouse of the rotary damper)

MODS: yoshimura rs3, K&N air filter, power commander 2.

Do you have a vacuum guage? They are like 20 bucks at the local parts store, hook up the one side and write down what it reads while almost pinching off the line. Repeat for the otherside, adust till they are equal...Should help. During the process however, your rpms will drop as the TB's come into snych especially if they are really out. It sounds like you are on the right direction, and that you are getting closer.
