Front & Rear Disc Diameter

Dimensions at hand for front & rear rotors anyone?
Rotor Thickness: ? mm
Bolt Center: ? mm
Bolt Diameter: ? mm

Fronts
I think the Diameter is 320mm
the service limit on thickness is 4.5mm

Not sure about the bolt holes but the bolts are 30mm from under the head 10mm of shoulder 20mm thread.

Bolts are 8x33

Rear is 220mm diameter
Service limit is 4.5mm thick

How do you want the holes on the rear measured, one to the next or diagonally?
