There is no pressure switch, it should only run for about 3 seconds until the bike starts then it runs continuously. If it's running all the time then you have a seperate electrical fault.

Non of the electrical faults are associated with the fuel leak but it's a bad combination to have, I suggest curing the fuel leak first before your bike goes up in smoke

So thanks for all the help guys, managed to locate the fuel leak....return hose had a small tear in it from the hose clamp.....fixed it.....grounded the starter relay wire to bypass the clutch switch......fired right up....let it run for a while.....idled a bit rough which I put down to the fuel system requiring adjustments, figured I'd do the TB and TPS set-up tonight. Went out this morning to ride to work.....engine cranked twice and then the battery was dead I know there was 13.2v when I went to bed last night......I figured OK, the battery has obviously had sex......I'll boost it, ride to work and have one sent over to me.......put the cables on it and tried to start it......white smoke from under the tank......something shorted to ground I had no time to check it out........but how can I go from having a bike that is working fine to a bike that has a dead battery, won't crank when boosted.....even though it cranked on it's own before the battery died and some kind of short to ground overnight??
