ok so i switched the tank and it seems that the pump is turning on now but it still wont crank... The gauge is indicating FI now...also, i have two wire connectors that I cant seem to figure out where they go . They stem from right next to the speedometer connection and they are a three wire connection and a two wire connection.. I tried with the kickstand up and in neutral and nothing!!

The two wire connector is probably a parking light , not important.
The three wire connector is for the Atmospheric pressure sensor “ important”
When you say wont crank do you mean that the starter motor will not turn the motor over Put the ECU in dealer mode and tell us the fault codes that show up on the taco
There may be more than one

ok fellas here is the update!!! I found the three wire connection under the headlight and plugged it in.. FI light is on(lil red light), but not indicating FI on gauges anymore!! bike is finally cranking after i checked all connections and played around a bit with the TOS, and sidestand switch..battery died after a while of trying to start it(i was kind of low on gas too).
dealer mode indicate c00(which i believe means it has no codes).
Im charging battery and will try to start it again tonight when i get home... if you have anymore ideas let me know you guys are the best.
