    any opinions on these boots?

I found these boots online just now, and I considering buying them to use for my first track day, and maybe on a regular basis. just curious if you think they are worth the money. I am trying to buy used equipment for my trackday, as I hope not to invest too much money my first time out.

IMHO, they look pretty sacked-out around the ankles

yeah, and just noticed he wants $44 shipping. All of a sudden they do not seem like such a bargain.

First, do not ever buy riding boots from anywhere before going to a local dealer and trying some on.
Second, U have only one pair of ankles that take a long time to heal if damaged so do not be cheap about them.
Third, Find a Sidi or Alpinestar dealer and try some on.
I will tell U this: U are in FL, whatever U get get a perforated bots, it will make Your track day that much more enjoyable, same for a suit.
I have spend last winter driving around to find what fit's me best, after some time Alpinstar smx plus boots, vented version are the best.
They are also the most used by riders around in north east, track or street.

Tip of the day: never store your boots as in that photo.............either lay them down flat or hang/suspend them from the sole(s), that way it'll help stop the boots sagging 'round the ankles.

    This does work

I think that I have founds some boots reasonably priced.... Cortech Latigo Air vented boots. I have just purchased a Teknic full leather vented jacket and will buy the leather pants to match since they have they zipper to join them for track days. The boots are on clearance for $150 and seem to have great reviews by many people who ride track time.
