Oh okay another intelligent response to why I shouldn't be riding. Okay CHIEF how about we use your brilliant train of thought here for a minute. Lets say you are on a "controlled" track setting and you wash out high in a corner with a bike to your outside.... now you just wrecked and took someone else out. Now lets say I am on some back road with no traffic doing a reasonable speed and I go down all on my own in the grass. No harm done to me or the bike. What does control have to do with any of this. You are nothing more than an ignorant ass that believes your opinion is the right one. How about you just leave people alone to live as they choose and everyone will do the same for you? ONCE AGAIN my argument here is not whether what he did what right or wrong, it is about dick head people who try to pass judgment when they should just stay the hell out of it.....Soooooo if you have any response concerning that, glad to debate it with you. If all you have is some stupid remark on why I shouldn't be riding I am afraid I will have to leave you to you ignorant life and move on. Besides its a nice day maybe I should be out bringing down your name by riding like a hooligan on public streets.Oh yeah. . . . . and right back atcha ![]() |

People need to get out of there high chairs and grow up and stop taking things to heart -Cool it lads be happy
![]() for the record there is no such thing as a totally controlled enviroment. Numerous spectators have been killed by flying wheels or whole cars or bikes that have flipped into a crowd of people at a race track. Enviroments can only be controlled to a certain extent some more then others. Believe it or not the public highway is like any other enviroment. The space you occupy as a rider can be controlled greater then you think. Where there is action there is A conciquence or potential consequince. While riding, the more consiquences you are aware of born from your riding actions the better, as it allows for forward planning. The more you know the better informed you are resulting in revised actions for less serious consiquence. Who is to say that any of the legal speed limits are safe? shit still happens at 30mph where a 30mph limit is set. Bad driving and bad judgment causes accidents not speed. Remember Judgment/choice always comes before the speed. Speed only makes the outcome worse when the judgment is poor in the first place. Apply good judgment and then speed, the lesser the chance of a bad outcome. If a Squid raced a veteran despatch rider from point A to Point B in a major city with heavey traffic in place, and both riders arrived at the destination @ the same time. I bet my life the despatch rider would be far safer from start to finish. Ave speed is the same from Point A to Point B for both! There is a dangerous way, a safe way and a an even safer way all of which can be achieved at the same ave speed but this is all dependent on the the riders skill, experience and attitue along with his/her quality of risk assesment. It makes sense Damn I know some riders that stick to all the limits but are an absolute danger to themselves and everybody around them.Remember, riding on the road, it's all just maths. Get good at it and your ave from A to B may be as fast as your firend Suicide steve but you will do it safer ![]()

Some of u people sicken me. Who here has had sex? I somehow haven't heard anyone teaching the dangers of sex to the riders of this board who get lots of bitches with their bikes(or in the TLR owners cases guys named Ronaldo with waxed assess
) SImply put i don't care who u bang or how u ride. Not my buissness 2 preach,u know the risks, accept the risks and are a grown man. COme on everyone on here has a V-twin sportbike with @ least 115hp not a 800lb 47RWHp Harley and theres a reason 4 it. If u haven't railed back roads, exceeded the speed limit by @ least double or went around a car over the double yellow at elast once ur lying 2 the yourself and the board. On this bike u can exceed the speed limit on any road in America in first gear. So 2 tell me you have never ever under any circumstances exceeded the speed limit i know ur lying. Come on with a bike as deceptive as the TL in power delivery u can be doin70 one second look down 4 minutes later and ur doin 90. Lets ride our own rides people and stop climbing on our high horses. Yes i usually ride the safe and sane but sometimes i like 2 ride very hard and very fast. I'm a grown man and i know it can end in death or permanent injury and its a risk i'm willing 2 take.I know that I was born and I know that Ill die. The in between is mine. I am mine. -Pearl Jam, I am mine Words 2 live by |
