err, I think I should have ridden the DR today...

I got up this morning, noted minor snow flurries and left on the TL as usual. Its not really let up all day though and now snowing kinda hard. Should be a fun ride home

Doesn't look like much is stuck to the road so shouldn't have much trouble actually I wish cameras were allowed at work, the view out my window is pretty cool. TL sitting in the parking garage, facing my window Trees white with snow, top level of parking garage has about 3" covering it with a white blanket.

you wouldn't want cameras from members. I just went out for a work errand on the bike in 70 degree sunny skies...

Yeah, I'd do ice studs in a heart beat, but its almost always semi-clean ashpalt for a good portion of my commute and I suspect ice studs suck on ashpalt as much as normal tires do on ice

As it turned out, there was a fair bit of snow around alexandria where I work, it got a little deeper as I went south (away from DC), but the suddenly at one point there was much less snow and 10deg warmer temps. By the time I got home the roads were dry and the ice that had accumulated on my suite was thawed. I'm now home warm and dry, fire blazing and gear hanging up in the shower Life is good
