Welcome back. I am searching for throttle insert. Do you still have them available?

Ok I had my bike serviced and got them to do the install of the throttle insert. I'm none too happy with the amount of "free play" the throttle now has both forwards and backwards motion before the throttle actually engages. Is this normal? I wouldn't of thought so?? Can rifleman please advise if this is normal or not? If not can you advise me where the bike shop has gone wrong
