Moving to Utah
After 6 and a half years of applying, I finally landed a job with D.O.D. It's not the job that I want, but I can't find a job here at my current location. I'll just transfer to the job that I like in a year or so.

My new job is in Utah, and I am going to go and find a place to stay this weekend. I will be going out ahead of my family. I still have to sell my house.

Can anyone in Utah suggest a good community to stay in?

I prefer to stay in a area that is in a short distance to Tooele. A commute time of 30 to 45 minutes is fine.

I will be bringing the TLR out of course.

My brother lives in SLC. I got the Nat Geo guide of highways an byways in the mail the other day. There is a ton of listed roads in Utah.

UT has some of the best off road riding in the country if not world. A killer dirt bike is pretty much mandatory

A Kourier has to establish space on the pavement. Predictable law-abiding behaviour lulls drivers. They mentally assign you to a little box in the lane, assume you will stay there, can't handle it when you leave that little box.

Y.T. is not fond of boxes. Y.T. establishes her space on the pavement by zagging mightily from lane to lane, establishing a precedent of scary randomness. Keeps people on their toes, makes them react to her, instead of the other way round.
