An RZ350 would be sweet at Stratotech. Like Thorsten said if you got some photos of the old bird lets see them.

I do have some extra photos but that will have to wait till I get home.
The RZ has an RG500 front end, SS detachable subframe w/handmade aluminum bodywork, RZ500 Fuel tank, CBR600 rear wheel w/ 160 tire. And some other bits and bobs.

Very cool, Tim! One of my perennial projects (so much to do, so little time) is an RZ frame with an air-cooled RD400 motor with Pro-Flo street porting, Swarbrick pipes, FZR1000 front fork and wheels (yes, one FZR front wheel will make a perfect 17" rear wheel for this RDZ, it's got the right axle diameter, just need to make adapters for the brake disk and a sprocket carrier). I've got all the bits, just need to find the time to put it all together!!! Maybe your RZ will inspire me!
Cheers,
Thorsten

Making bike bits from different bikes all work in harmony is sooooooo fun.
Come to think of it, not one of my bikes is a stock bike, even my KX250.
Kinda helps that I have all the tools and equipment to make whatever I want.
Wait till you see my GPZ816.

I know this is an older thread but just thought i'd say hi. I'm in Edmonton and I see that Fester is part of this forum as well as ESR. Hey Fester! Just thought i'd say hi since i'm new to the TLS. Hope to see other TL riders in E-Town. Great bike and no one has them. Well that's it.

Hey thanks for the shout out.
I have followed this board since 99, from blue screen to the planet to the zone, and continue to be amazed by the quality of info and personalities on here. The same can't normally be said about that ESR page. Lots of guys trying to show off their knowledge by cutting others up.
Unfortunately my TLR dropped an intake valve at 5000rpm, so my TL days are done, and have been too lazy to post a part out thread, let me know if you need anything, 6 pot TLR brakes and master? set of spare rims, I might have something in the garage.

No problem Fester!
Ya I agree with you on the ESR thing but it takes all types I guess! I will keep you in mind for any of the parts you mentioned. What exactly do you have for sale? Are you still riding? Ride safe and thanks again for the reply!
