I had to have the front calipers shaved down a few millimeters where they seat on the fork so they would center up on the rotors. The only issue is the Rotors are a little smaller putting the surface of the pads about 4mm off the rotor. The shop I go to is looking for a different pad set up to take care of it. Otherwise, I will eventually change the forks.
The rear was more of a challenge. Had to make spacers/modify my Gilles Adjuster to accomodate the 25mm Axle. Had to buy 25mm wheel spacers to center the wheel. Had to shim my front sprocket to align the chain, Had to have a rear sprocket made special for me. (520 zx14 sprockets are hard to come by)
*I had just purchased a 520 set up so I didnt want to get a new chain and front sprocket as well.
I'm in the middle of making the new hanger bracket for the rear brake. 25mm axle diameter and 15mm longer.
It cost me about $400 in total and 4 months at 15 minute intervals to mess with it because of the new baby, but I'm stoked on the results. Rides nice and I got rid of the old "Tri Spokes".
