Well cold I mean here in Phoenix thats 50's to 60's trust me over few years 70's is considered cold by me. But jobs are ok I guess, are you into landscaping, LOL you know with the illegals being deported back. J/K but I think its ok, hard to say because I work at a sales position but I havent heard of complaints. Phoenix PD is looking!
