Best I can tell you have to drill one 3/16ths hole in the underside of the frame spar for mounting the frame bracket (its where the damper attaches to the frame). A drill bit is included. The is also a tap and screws included as well as pop rivets so I guess you can pick which ever you like best. I'll make a better scan of the instructions and post them in a sec
